Freight is available all over Australia. Please find below, the current freight prices for each state.

(Please note that this website will automatically calculate freight at metro prices. Therefore, if delivery is to a country area, the below prices will actually apply).

 

South Australia: Metro $20.00, Country $25.00

Victoria: $35

New South Wales: $40

Queensland: $50

Western Australia: (Metro Only) $55

Tasmania: (Metro Only) $60

How long will delivery take?

Replacement filters are always in stock, so you should receive delivery of these within 7 days. With Aquadomes and Aqua-urns, if your item is in stock, delivery will be approximately 7 days. If your item is not in stock, delivery may be a little longer. Please feel free to contact us after your Aquadome or Aqua-urn purchase to obtain your approximate delivery date.

Returns & Refunds
The Aquadome Water Purifier and filters are fragile items. In the unlikely instance of your parcel arriving in a broken state, a return may be allowed. Each case will be looked at individually.

 

How often do I need to replace the Aquadome Water Purifier filter? 
Standard Ceramic Filters need to be replaced every 12 months.

Fluoride Ceramic Filters should be replaced every 6 months.
